This website operates in accordance with relevant Government of India communications regarding Electropathy/Electrohomoeopathy systems dated 25.11.2003, 05.05.2010, 21.06.2011 and December 2017 issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare / Department of Health Research.

2. Nature of Electropathy System

Electropathy/Electrohomoeopathy is not prohibited by the Government of India.
Educational, research-oriented and limited practice activities are permitted as per Government instructions.

However, Electropathy is not notified as a “Recognized Medical System” under any statutory medical law in India.
Therefore:

It does not grant statutory medical practitioner status.

It does not authorize prescribing of allopathic drugs.

It does not authorize conducting surgical procedures.

It does not substitute or replace modern medicine or any government-recognized medical practice.

3. Disclaimer of Medical Recognition

All certificates, registrations, ID cards, training approvals, or credentials issued through this website are:

For Electropathy/Electrohomoeopathy system only.

Not equivalent to medical registration under National Medical Commission (NMC) or any other statutory council.

Not valid for modern medical practice, surgery, allopathic drug prescription, or use of terms reserved for government-recognized medical professions.

The user agrees not to misrepresent such credentials as government-approved medical practitioner status.

4. Educational & Training Services

This website provides academic, research-oriented, and educational information related to Electropathy.

By enrolling in any course/training:

You acknowledge that Electropathy education is permitted under Government instructions (2003, 2010, 2011).

5. Practitioner Conduct Requirements

Follow ethical, non-invasive Electropathy practice guidelines.

Follow all Government of India directives and health advisories strictly.

Display their registration only for Electropathy practice—not for allopathic or recognized medical practice.

Misuse of credentials will lead to suspension/cancellation of registration without refund.

These orders clarify that:

Electropathy teaching and practice are not prohibited,

But Electropathy is not a recognized medical system, and

Recognition may be sought under the mechanism introduced in 2017.

Unauthorized medical activity performed beyond Electropathy limits.
